The Last Day

Today was Beatrix's grade 5 promotion ceremony. After 4 years at Phoebe Hearst Elementary, she will be joining Ngila at Alice Deal Middle School in September. It was a lovely ceremony and our Beatrix glittered and shone beautifully.

 Handing her the certificate is the school principal. Her two grade five teachers are also in the picture.

Then we had family pictures on the school steps. Last time walking down them.

We leave bright and early tomorrow for Toronto.
