James Pringle Onion gives his right arm
We did a lovely drive along the northeast coast from Elgin to Pennan. One of the fishing villages we went through was Cullen. A famous Scottish chowder called Cullen Skink originates here. Von has been sampling this dish at various points along the way and decided we should make our own.

Our first attempt turned out really well and James Pringle will probably be giving his right foot next.
