The Road To Glasgow

Again the British rail system has worked flawlessly. We didn't go on Sunday this time. We left Stroud at about 8:30 am and had a stop at Cheltenham Spa change trains, Manchester, lunch and change trains, off to the land of Bonny Prince Charley. We sat with a very pleasant, very talkative lad for the last leg of the trip, and it flew by.
Following Dorians clear instructions, we made our way to our digs by public transport, and in doing so saved ourselves a wad of cash, to quote Dorian. The lad is indeed a Scot.

The flat is a little addon to the side of a stone house in the west end. It is close to all amenities, including this library which we have joined for two weeks. The grocery shopping is done, and Dorian will work this afternoon and will come over for supper tonight. We can't wait.
