The Bags Are Packed And We're Ready To Go

As John Denver once sang so beautifully, we are ready.
The last few hours before a trip drag in such an agonizing manner. Adrian, Sheelagh's brother , is picking us up in a bit over an hour. We will stop by to give Sheelagh's Mum a hug, and then off to catch our 6 pm flight to London Heathrow.

But look at this!

Two people (granted, one of them has no sense of fashion), over two months, including a wedding!!! and a safari!!!

Not bad eh ?

If you know us, you may have noticed. No backpacks. Yes, the end of an era has arrived. The old hippies have given in. George decided after our last trip that he wasn't going to carry one any further. So he will now drag his undies along behind him like everyone else, except John Kemister who wears all of his and just takes off the inner pair each day.

Anyway, we are soon off and I hope that you can check in from time to time to see that we are still alive. As our buddy Linda Quigley suggested, we should watch out for the lions.
